Buck Knife Warranty

I sent 3 old knives to Buck for spa and warranty. They did a spa treatment on one and replaced the other 2 with new knives as they said they were too old to repair. (late 60's 70's) They sent back 5 knives. The spa treatment made my 501/RWS look better than new. All of this for the grand total of $16.95 and they paid the return shipping. Never seen any product with this kind of warranty.. and these knives are on the lower end of cost to begin with, as you all well know. Buck truly warrants your purchase FOR EVER as they state on their warranty page. Great company!! Many other makers should take note. Fine customer service is the cheapest advertising any manufacturer can buy!!

I sent five knives to Buck and they received them on August 28. The knives were back in my possession on September 28. They did a fantastic job and I was well pleased with their SPA and warranty service. I am glad they offer it and it does affect my purchasing decisions knowing the company stands behind their products.

Gotta love the Spa service. Considering that they pay for the return shipping, they almost provide the service for free.

But replacing old knives beyond repair with new ones is just plain awesome. Especially considering that you got the old knives back too.
