I can not say enough kind words about this Company and their products but now I have to say they treat the Veterans with a great deal of respect. I want to say thanks to Buck, God Bless your Company and all your employees. The service from Buck knives is the best I have seen in my 45 years.

Yep thats right. Any story you want to relate as to why youre making the statement? We'd love to here it.

Well everytime I deal directly with Buck, it just seems to be the best customer service out there. The last time was on monday when I placed a order for two M124's. Well they arrived today, packed very well and since I am a Veteran and Army Retiree, I got a discount too! just great service all the way around. I posted all this on the M124 thread.

My only experience is with the Buck Custom Knife Shoppe, and I am 110% satisfied. They do fantastic work there, and I actually believe that Buck's CKS offerings are one of the best values your money can buy. They do beautiful, beautiful knives.

I don't own any of Buck's production knives, but I was very interested in the Vantage Force Pro. I was disappointed to hear from many sources that it had lockup and other issues. I hope those get sorted out so I can buy one soon.

:DI am a combat Veteran, but I think Buck treats everyone great!:thumbup: I wish the custom shop did simple things, but they want one to order too many knives. Wanted a simple retirement knife like the one in the catalog, but the catalog is wrong.:eek:

Well, it does say that minimums on some are required. It is a bit deceiving I will admit. What were you trying to order?

The picture shows a retirement knife to one person. Not a big deal, but the words and picture do not match. I bet LCDR Joseph Smith USCG only got one not 50 of these?

2012 Dealer Catalog, page 59;

Buck Knife engraved:

"LCDR Joseph Smith USCG"
"United State Secret Service"
"Worthy of trust and confidence"

I called the Buck Custom shop a month ago. I could not get just one. The minimums are high unless you a large business. A small business and or individual would not meet it.
