Buck Leather Shop

During what years did Buck operate an in house leather shop. I can find reference it started early 1969. We're all sheaths made in house at one time? Were the original custom shop sheaths made in house? I think Oden touched on this but can't find my copy at the moment.

I briefly looked at that chapter in his book and he says that from 1969 Buck sheaths were made in house until the mid-1990s. I assume that means all sheaths because he doesn't say anything about any others. I didn't find any reference to the original custom shop sheaths. HTH.

Thanks for lookup Preston. I messaged Skyler Stevens, he indicated the custom shop sheaths were also made in house.
