The sharpest knife out of the box I've ever owned. Lighter than I expected. Easier to use one handed than I expected. Built solid.

I purchased the Marksman for $82 from Amazon, and I have to say you get a lot for the money. This knife is quality.

I find one handed use easy; I pull up on the lock with my index finger and let the blade close on its own. I expected this to be two hander, but its not, and that little fact made my day.

In short, the Marksman has lived up to the hype, and DESERVES a lot more. I'd take this knife over a PM2 any day of the week.

Buy this knife. Look for a full review in a few weeks.

This is my first post in the Buck forum as far as I know. I am happy to check in and will do so more often if I get into Buck a bit more.
Very nice Bradytx.
I have one on the way. This is one of the first bucks ive been interested in since the 882 and the standard 110.
This is a huge step for them IMO. Great steel is the usual. But this new lock looks amazing with a great price as well.
I am very excited. There are alot of new designs this year from big names. I cancelled all of my pre orders. And this is the only new knife for me to try.

Wasn't sure about this knife until while on vacation in Denver and went to BPS and handled one. When I got home went to BPS and purchased one. Was a little disappointed to find a couple of nicks in the blade but got those out and very happy with the knife. It is joining my Paperstone Vantage in my EDC rotation. Both knives can be easily opened and closed one handed.
