I found this knife online, having never handled one. What do you guys (and gals) think of this knife? I love the way it looks, and what it's made of, and I believe Paul Bos does the HT for Buck on their high-end knives. Anybody reading this own one, and what do you think of it? Tagline should've read: Buck/Mayo TNT. I'm looking at the S30V and titanium one, not the bargain version, btw.

I've owned several TnT's. Tom even made 2 for me, to my specifications.

They sit in the safe, and I carry a Buck.

Tom actually mentioned once the he carries the Buck version himself, rather than one of his handmade knives.

I bought mine in February 2003 and I've carried it Mon-Fri ever since.

I LOVE mine!! The handles are titanium, and the blade is S30V. It has a low ride pocket clip, and is perfect for EDC!! It is a wicked sharp knife. I HIGHLY recommend it!! BUY it!! You will NOT regret it!!

One of those knives that's great as a gentleman's knife or as a worker. Looks good, tough, and sharp. And a bargain at the price.

I really like mine. It's a great design, well executed. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Definitely a quality knife.

thats odd as hell!

at least for the context i have in mind.

i used to worry like hell about my guitars, until i learned how to make them and do the finishing on them.

Really nice knife.

My only criticisms were the thin-ish blade, and the edges of the slabs could stand a good radiusing.

Otherwise, hard to go wrong. Very early production versions had some issues with uneven grinds, but the last one I had was perfect.

Thanks for all the responses. I bought a Lone Wolf T2 with the Cocobolo scales, and just wasn't as happy with it as I thought I would be. The guy I bought it from agreed to exchange the T2 for the TNT, so I'll be able to give it a try without breaking the bank.

I have one and I love it. Since I have it, most of my other knifes get very little carry time.
But I don't care for the clip very much. Too unflexible for my taste.

Well here is my take on it. I own one and I think for a integral locking folders it is on a par with the Sebbie I had. May not be as robust as the Sebbie just cause it is not as big physically. But I think it is just as well made for quality of materials and fit and finish. I like it and can see me not getting rid of it anytime soon. keepem sharp

it is lighter in weight than the Sebbie, which counts for something. I can have it in my pocket and just forget it's there.

The closest knife in my collect to a small sebe at half the cost. Great value in a knife. If I could only have one pocket knife and I couldn't affort a sebe, this would be it.

Just picked mine up from the store. I love it! Apparently, all the QC problems Buck had initially have been fixed, as mine was basically perfect. Bank-vault lock-up, blade centered, no play up and down or side to side, and slick as owl poop. Inside edges of the handle could use a little radiusing, but I can live with that. An with Paul Bos's name on the blade, how can you go wrong? He does all my heat treating, and I've never had a bad blade come back, or even a warped one.
