After UPS lost the package and a second shipment, I finally got my Mayo yesterday. I was really glad to get it too, after piterM and his beautiful photos, I just had to get one.

I am well pleased with it, it's light, slim, has a well designed blade, opens and closes smoothly. It is as graceful in hand as in the photos. The blade parks about 30/70, which is ok for me. Of course I have not had time to give it a real test, but it cuts well enough to pass my muster. I will have to reprofile the cutting edge.

May follow up later.

Are you referring to the lock bar position while open or the blade position in the handle while closed?

That sounds about like mine. I'm going to get another T8 and adjust the pivots and see if it makes a difference in blade possition.

Do try it, but I don't think it will control it. The locking lug is stiff and the force of it pushes the blade over. Good luck.
Perhaps, a new thin washer on the lug side and a new thicker one on the opposite.
