Buck Metro been discontinued?

I know the Metro was made in Taiwan prior to being a product that Buck decided to make Stateside. Anyhow, I was showing my little USA metro to a friend that owns a Taiwan made version, when he told me that Buck has discontinued them altogether. I was able to find one dealer website that states that the metro has been discontinued, but nothing on the Buck website about it. Anybody here hear anything about it? Thanks in advance

The Metro is listed in the current 2014 Buck catalog and price list... available in 8 colors.
I have found that the Buck website does not list 100% of the product line so is not
a reliable indicator. If you search "Buck 759" on a popular website you will get over 100 hits
so I don't think you are in danger of not being able to get one anytime soon.

I saw a bunch of them listed directly on Bucks site last I looked. They are cool little things, but im not impressed with how sharp mine was new.

I guess my experience was the totally different... My Metro is now about two years old, and I have used it quite a bit, just now is it finally starting to get a bit dull. It was VERY sharp out of the box, and held that sharpness for a long time. Guess I'm gonna have to finally sharpen it
