Buck miniature ball-peen hammer?

I saw one of the mini hammers today in an old store. Didn't see a lot about them on the web. Anyone know what years they were made? Sold outright or were they a promo item? Buck made or contracted out? Ball park value?

I should have picked it up, probably will next time I'm in that area. Neat conversation piece and will look neat with the mini anvil I have from Buck.
 
I am not 100% sure, but I think Smokey Mountain Knife Works gave em out if you bought a certain $$ buck products from them awhile ago, I think there was a little anvil later available
 
Got mine as a freebie from SMKW. I've seen them offered for sale for around $30 which is pretty darn steep IMO.
 
I've seen the anvil for sale, but I haven't seen the hammer.

I suspect they were made in China, so there will be an unlimited/forever supply on e-Bay if people will buy them.
