Buck model xxx

I don't have them but they are on ebay. Looks to be prototypes or something. Search "buck xxx" and you will see 3 examples. I was going to get one for my collection but I do not know if they are genuine. Now that I brought it to everyone's attention, if they are rare, they will be gone. 😀

I looked at them and the packaging looks legit. appear to be China made bucks, but at that price, if you like them I would say pick one out. Not sure they will ever have tons of collector value even if they are prototypes since they are not USA made, but again, at that price, it might be worth picking them up and holding onto them.

Yeah, what Mike said^^^^^
They are still in the clam pack...granted those are not printed like the ones that are for retail sale. They are not expensive and would not be much of a profit maker for the seller.

Right now, I am not really in the mode of collecting and worrying about whether I will make a profit. But I get what you mean. I have never sold anything yet. God willing, my son will just get my knives. Although I have a decent collection of about 200 Buck knives, I don't think any are extremely valuable and I am sure my collection pales in comparison to alot of you guys both in number and value. But I do like putting a mixture of things in the collection., so tge Buck XXX are interesting. But I especially like Rangers. Also, I've been collecting those Buck gift sets that are in tins. Those are not part of the 200.

Well I see your point. I must have confused the issue. I meant the ebay seller is not making much of a profit from what he would have had to pay to manufacture or had manufactured and package those he has.
