What year would a 104 set be with no USA on blade(s)?

Welcome. I believe Buck added the U.S.A. stamp in 1967, at least that is the date I've seen as applied to the 110 Hunter.

I've understood USA to be added in 1967. The reason being they were expanding to export to the Canadian market.
