Buck not answering phone?

I guess with the recent layoffs, Buck must have laid off whomever takes the phone calls to warrentee or customer service. In the past week and a half I've made three calls to Buck inquiring about getting a new style sheath for my much carried Hartsook. No replies. I got the automated phone service each time at customer service, and each time I spoke slowly and clearly leaving my name and number and what I was calling about.

I know things are not well at Buck, so I guess I'll call again and try to reach somebody.

Anyone else have any problems getting through to Buck?
 
Try sending an email. The address is on the Buckknives site. I haven't had any trouble getting through to anyone on the phone out there.

They are 3 hours behind you...Pacific time zone.
 
Nope, when I called last week I was though and done and off the phone in about 6 minutes.
 
strange i called today answered on 3 ed ring and got busness took care of in about 6 min also!
ya tain't done nothing to tick 'em off has ya?
naw jest teasing ... they normaly are real good on answering phone!
 
Today they finally called back a few hour after my 4th call.

I told them my Hartsook sheath is loose, and they told me I had to send it in so they can send me a new style sheath. I guess I have to play by thier rules, and spend the postage. They know the original sheath is a bad design, I don't know why they can't just send me the new one. Oh well.

bookkeeping thingy ... some thing then some thing out... heck i dont know!
hay how do you like that hartsook?
 
I tried emailing the custom shop twice to place an order and to make enquires about shipping charges to Asia, its been almost a week and still nothing.
