I don't see why it wouldn't.. My wife just got one about 2 weeks ago. It is actually a well made knife. Its finished good, opens smoothly, locks up great.
It is made overseas, but you can't beat Bucks customer service and warranty.
The only thing that might be a drawback is if using it when its wet. The finish is really smooth. You might look at the Buck bantams. Solid knife and the handle has more grip to it, the largest one has a pocket clip. These are priced about the same as the Parallex.
