Just prchased a couple of Buck Pilots. Bass Pro has them on sale for $14.99.

Seem to be a fairly nice knife for that price.

I gave my nephew one for XMASS last year, he likes it. Not the best knife for southpaws like me, but well built!

LC,

What's the problem for Lefties? I thought it was designed to be ambi. Is it due to the location of the clip? Just curious.

The frame lock wasn't the issue, but the right hand only pocket clip gets annoying. I know it really isn't a HUGE deal, but I got spoiled after having a few reversible pocket clips on other knives, now I want them more.

TLC I never even noticed a right/left handed pocket clip
How is it supposed to clip differently for each type of carry? I just clip them to my pocket - as long as they arent laying in my pocket it doesn't matter to me!!!!!

On some knives it matter which side the clip is on, especially for one-handed opening.

The clip gets in the way of the thumb on some knives if you are left handed.

That would explain why I never noticed :D
Most of mine are on the same side, and now I only carry my Tempest or sirus with the pocket clip...
