This is one cool little tool.:cool:I took this little sharpener that I got from the Buck Knives web site to show my pal David Martin.LOL, as I was taking it out of my shirt pocket I glanced down on his display table and saw one just like mine. It's the size of a fountain pen and it's one of the handiest tools I own.It can be used to sharpen plain or serrated blades and even fish hooks!

One end is flat and on the other side rounded with a groove in the middle for fish hooks. At the other end it is tapered of serrated blades.I know most of you guys on the Buck forum have seen this but for the guys that haven't,it's a great tool.

I've go an older one, I wonder if it was tapered......I just looked and have a newer one also, and had never taken it out all the way....learn something new everyday if you kept your eyes and ears open...300

I picked it up at the Buck web site about a year ago for $13.I've been using it a lot lately when my large stones aren't handy or I'm away from home. For being so small it does a great job and the pocket clip is fantastic!

Tom, Thanks for sharing that . Those work well . I've been meaning to give one to the Colonel . DM
