Price drop! I took almost 10% off the price! 
Seriously this would be a good little blade to put in a kit for emergency use. No clip, very slim and light.
I bought it to put in a pocket kit but ended up going with a SAK instead. It has a partially serrated edge. Very flat. Pretty well made little knife for the money.
