Does anyone have a revolution? ... do ya like it?

BUK437.htm

How is it for speed of whippin out the blade? Does it lock together well? Blah blah blah.. the normal questions about a knife.

Looks like it has potential if it's a wrist flip opener...

Thanks

Zach

anybody?

Its a fixed blade... that the blade rotates into the handle... so its a loose blade ? :D

It certainly looks interesting, but beyond that I am more one of the ones that likes to handle a knife before I really have an opinion of it.

I would also want it in plain edge.

WTF? Is it a fixed or a folder? How does it work. Buck's website is rather vague.

Its a fixed blade where the handle part rotates to wither cover the blade for the stored position, while offering the clip, or to provide the grip in the open position.

Sounds similar to the SOG duo where there is a part that folds over the blade. Is that right? Are there any photos of the knife "sheathed"?

I put the photo above with the two different positions of the knife, if that is what you mean.

Sorry, I must just be drinking too much tonight, but it still isn't clear to me, from the pictures, how exactly the knife works. Don't sweat it. I'll do my own research and try to figure it out.:(

In the closed position, handle covers blade. To switch positions, push button on handle, swing around. handle then covers the back part of the tang, exposing the blade.
