Hi folks,

I stumbled into this set recently, and am very pleased to add it to my modest collection.

The knives feel like serrated 107s, and the micarta has quite a bit of character.

Enjoy the pics.

Hmmmmm…..what’s in this nice-looking box?

The box looks to be well-made, too

Thanks for looking !

Welcome to the Buck forum. Your first post here and thank you for sharing your model 206 Windsor Steak knife set with us.
Now you need to find the companion model 200 Empress Trio cutlery set. It contains a 4" Paring, 6" Utility, and 9" Carving knife.
Your Steak knives are serrated versions of the 4" Paring knife. The 4" Paring knife was so popular it later spun off by itself as the 107 Scout.
Rumor has it that was to help prevent husbands from running off with their wives kitchen knives.

Thanks for the welcome, DeSotoSky !

I‘ve been a huge fan of Buck, ever since as a child, I watched my grandpa sharpen his Buck stockman nightly.

I might know someone with an Empress set…thanks for the heads-up! Time to do some horse trading!

Good job on the pictures
Most first timers don't manage.
Your pictures load slowly because you are using full matrix frame size.
I find that resizing to a frame width range of about 1024-1200 max before uploading will still fill the page
and the forum software can display it quicker.

Great looking set and very nice box. Earlier this year I bought one of the boxes sold thru the BCCI member store for this set I have. Can't find the box photo now, might post later.
