In the eBay ad, look at the "Item Location" where it will be shipped from. If it says China or Hong Kong, you can bet it's counterfit. I did an eBay search the other day for current ads "Buck Knife" location China and got 241 hits. Alot of the counterfits are described as BUCK Saber.

Here's a real one. It happens to be the Buckcote model but it's otherwise the same as a regular Vanguard. Fake is a pretty good copy but there are giveaways if you know what the real thing looks like.
