Has anyone ever heard of, seen, or own a black buck salesman briefcase / travel bag?

I found one for sale and was wondering if it was really from buck or a fake? Add claims its factory direct dealer item? Its black about 16" square and holds 47 folders and 15 fixed blades. It has buck knives on one side.

Also, if it is a real factory item. Why doesn't buck sell them on the website?
If its a fake anyway to tell?

Such items have been sold at the BCCI 25th anniversary meeting. Would you please show us a photo for comparison?

It's real. Very overpriced but real. The seller got a quantity of them from Buck after the BCCI 25th event.

The price is steep. Just thought it would be a nice way to keep everything together. Wish Buck would sell them so I could use my club discount.

There were stacks of these @ the 25th celebration. People were tripping over them. $20-$30 as I remember. They are huge. Had I known you wanted one I would have bot some. I hauled off a king's ransom in cool cutlery that made accessories take a back burner. What heady times. Oh yea.

Thanks Oregon. I told my girlfriend to plan on going to idaho for our vacation in five years

There were some that Buck was not printed on, and as I left the store that last day there were still a few unmarked ones on the floor.
So you could see one with no Buck on auction site. You might call the factory store you never know there might be one or two thrown in the back corner.

I'm with you old ford. I'd LOVE to have one of those, but man o man . . . the seller is asking a kings ransom. I keep watching hoping they will come down but in two months all they have dropped is $25.00. Oh well.
