perfect. I inquired about upgrade parts for my first run large Buck-Strider and Jeff sent me a set right away, for free.

It doesn't get any better than that!

Thanks Jeff.

I sent Joe Houser a well-used, stained, dull :( original Buckmaster 184 about 2 weeks ago. Within that amount of time, they refinished and sharpened this knife and returned it to me looking brand new for a minimal charge! Not only that, but I inquired about some original accessories that, over time, had gone missing...and he set me up! I can't express the professionalism and overall friendly customer service I received...kudos to Joe and the whole team at Buck Knives...keep up the good work!!! :)

Yep, Buck's customer service is top notch! I work at a company that prides itself on excellent customer service - we have good products - but so do our competitors. One reason our company stands out and keeps customers coming back because the customer service we offer definitely exceeds the competition. It's always nice to do business with another company that has a similar attitude.

Buck is truly at the top of the heap when it comes to custyomer service. I find it odd that products costing many times more than the average Buck product have much less to offer in the area of customer service.

I also sent 2 of my Buckmasters in to have them cleaned up and resharpened. Joe Houser provides this service for the Buckmasters and charged me $10 per knife to have them refurbished. If you would like this done talk to Joe at JHouser@buckknives.com.

I too have always had great customer service from Buck - THANK YOU BUCK KNIVES!
