Buck Service Needed

I am to lazy to search the archives so please excuse. I need to send back to Buck a Sirus 297G3 for service. Seems the clip fell off (!) and the assisted opening (ASAP) was just never that fast compared to another I own. I bought this one special for my son for our motorcycle trip to Laconia and want to make sure it doesnt get lost. Seems to me I remember someone saying was best to send directly to Joe Houser???
