Buck Sheath for Busse?

I was just noticing that the Buck Model 102 Woodsman seems to have a similar blade size to the Scrap Yard Scrapper 4. Has anyone tried the $15 Buck 102 sheath on their Scrapper 4 yet, and does it fit? I see the $14 sheath for the Buck 692 holds my Scrapper 4 well, but is a little fatter than needed. So, if someone has the 102 sheath and a Scrapper 4, let us know how the combo works...
