Buck Strider 889 discontinued???

I've been looking at the various knife retailer websites as well as Buck's website and it appears the Buck Strider 889 has been discontinued.
(This is the FRN handled, 420HC bladed folder series with black, OD, or coyote brown handles.)

Have the 889s been discontinued and the Buck-Strider relationship ended?

I'm asking because it appears the Buck-Strider ML and FB fixed bladed knives are still very plentiful where the 889s are getting hard to find.

Thanks!
Mike

Never forgotten is correct A.P.F.
I love my Buck Striders...

The 889SBMF is what got me hooked on 'em.

I like the Buck Striders, too!

And, I'm rather bummed that they won't be making more of those...
Looks like we need to drain our wallets now to get 'em while we can before the supply dries up.

Buckaholic - you have some nice Bucks there!
Gorgeous wood handles!!!

Goose, I say it every time I see them, but I gotta say it again. Those LE's are two of the best looking knives I have ever seen!

I love my Buck striders as well, and Goose and his pics are what got me hooked on them ;)
