Hello, guys,
I read on the web that Strider offers probably the best warranty among folder knives manufacturers. How about Buck Strider knives? Could you tell me how Buck Strider warranty differs from the warranty of Strider?
Regards,

Do a search there is a great thread about this already. Buck's customer service is second to none by the way you can buy with absolute confidence.

I am from Strider originally so I am more familiar with Strider's no questions asked policy. As long as you still have the knife and it can be identified as one of ours (Strider) its covered. Knife will be replaced.

SB products are covered usually the same way, I will come down on the people who abuse the policy.

Buck's warranty is posted somewhere I am sure. It is a lifetime warranty, or 4-Ever as we call it.

Hope that helps

Josh

My impression from this and other posts by Josh is that the Buck warranty is similar to Strider's for the SB products. I am confident they will stand behind their products.

Sorry, whenever I try to search the forum the page does not open.
My main quesion is about what is covered by Buck's warranty. I know that in unlike event someone breaks Strider he doesn't need to think whether it was abuse or not, the knife will be replaced. So, for any reason the knife breaks it will be replaced. What about Buck? Is it the same warranty or it covers everything except abuse?
Thank you,

In a previous post several months ago, Josh or Joe mentioned that if the Strider logo is on the knife, it is covered by their warranty too. The gist of it was... if you can see it was a strider knife at some point, and now it's not even a whole knife, you will get a new knife. Sounds like you're covered no matter what happens to the thing!
