My Strider has always had a habit of getting back to a factory looseness even after I tighen it. I don't want this knife to be too easy to flip. Would Lok-Tite be the answer... if it is, I've never used it before and will need some instruction on using it on a knife.

Using Loc-tite is a snap. Just make sure you clean the threads as much as possible. Use Loc-tite sparingly. I use a toothpick to apply it. Then tighten to the desired level and let it sit for 24 hours.

The blue Loc-tite I think is best for general purposes.

If it doesn't hold, just repeat the process. The key is not to use too much.
