I just got a clip point B/S (from Stomper) in perfect shape, smooth action, great lock-up, razor sharp. I love it.

I see the index notch is cut into both sides of the handle, and nicely radiused for a very comfortable grip. But where is the other side of the dual thumb stud??? This design cries out for it. Even the linerlock can be disengaged with the left hand, but the blade only opens with the right.

OK, the blade can be opened with the left hand ... put your thumb on the tip of the tang, which is thumb-grooved, and snap it forward. The blade will fly up and lock in place. (The old Cold Steel Ultra-Lock has the rear of the tang grooved, so the blade can be rotated open, much the same way.)

Can we get a design upgrade here?
