Buck/Strider mods

These knives are really great. Good steel, heat treat, G-10 scales the only thing that I don't really care for is the liner lock. Could buck make an aftermarket handle slab that could be purchased that could replace the liner lock with a frame lock? I would like to know your oppinions on it, if enough people like it maybe it will get done. ;)
 
I doubt Buck would do anything like that. You'd have to have that done custom I'm sure.

Besides, the liner on the Buck/Striders are as thick as the frames of some knives! :D
 
It most likley would not be likley because a standard size/shape lock would not fit all knives, but a guy could wish. ;)
