Buck/Strider question...

Got my Buck/Strider today-never seen one before-this is one massive knife-can't wait to see if I can break it!
Anyway, took it down to put a little militech-1 in the right places and noticed that the large washer was actuall two washers stacked together-is this normal? thickness seems equal to that of the smaller washer, just wondering why two big washers?
or did I get an extra washer as a bonus?!

Derek,
We made a switch in washer thickness a while back and ended up using two thin washers while we waited for the thicker washers to come in. Sorry, no bonus!
