Buck Strider thumbstud???

Just wodering if Buck plans on making any dual thumbstuds for the Striders?

I just got a couple of the BG-42 Mini Spearpoints and would like to have dual studs. It is supposed to be a heavy duty, tactical folder and the G10 slabs are ground on both sides to facilitate ambi-operation.

Most other companies make ambi-opening devices for their knives. I think Bucks Strider beats most of them and deserves dual thumbstuds. :D

Anyone agree?

Hey Manny, you might be able to turn it around for lefty use, I Know it can be done on my full size Strider tanto.

I posted the same question at the REKAT forum, to get a hold of a couple dual thumb-studs for my 2 REKAT Carnivour Cubs. I gave-up on that (from REKAT), and am having a couple sets made (440 stainless, over-sized) by the instructor (class demonstration for "small machined parts") at the Machine Technology class at the College that I'm a Supervisor at.:D. (Actually, these 2 sets that I'm having made will go on my 2 REKAT Sifus, and the dual "stock" ones from my Sifus will go on my Carnivour Cubs.).

Maybe you will have better luck here with Buck Knives.:).
