Buck Tiffany knife

My brother showed me a knife today that he recently purchased. He told me it was a Tiffany knife he got from a friend whose father had recently passed. I knew it was made by Buck and showed him on the blade. I know I read about these knives but I cannot seem to find any information on them. Any insight would be appreciated.

I don't have one and think there wer a few models. But, these show up every now and then on Ebay, I would look there first. If you see one maybe they will have info for you. Do you know the model number?
