I was wondering why the tnt model was dicontinued, and if it will ever be reintroduced. Ive look all over for a tnt that was priced resonable and wasnt super inflated in price, but it seems people are milking them for every penny. I know they have the north shore design thats easiley attainable but i want a TI framelock. Any ideas/knowledge would help.

I paid the inflated price and when I received it I was disappointed. I didnt like anything about the knife except the look. The feel of the knife felt cheap. Subsequently I sold the knife for about what I had into it...It wasn't worth the high price...

Can't speak for Buck on why it was discontinued or if it will re-introduced but I can say the one I bought, (used my BCCI discount and saved a bundle) is light as a feather and one of my favorite, smaller Buck models.

Keep your eye on the "Buck Knives for Sale" sub forum. They show up there from time to time and have gone for $120 to $165. I've personally bought two of the CF models (new in the box) there for $205 and $225. Not bad for knives with a list (catalog) price of $350 and $450 respectively. That's about or less than dealer cost.
