Imagine that there is a Buck Tool Kit. Its easy if you try. No one coming to your rescue. Above you only sky. Imagine all the people carrying a Buck Tool Kit.

Swap in Buck Selector and tools in place of this Japanese post WWII tool kit:

Got the picture? Self rescue made easier with compact clever robust tools from Buck. Everyone should have one. :)

Thumbs up or down on the idea of a Buck Selector Tool Kit (which tools you ask, offer a cross section for hunting, survival, urban living and collectors, think charm bracelet where parts are added every Birthday, Christmas, and when needed).?

Love that combination can opener/bottle opener. Never seen one like it would make sense for a selector blade given the length. I give that one a
I don't see how the selector pivot would stand up to even light hamer impact. :thumbdn: for that one.

Take the winners from the top ten list of the other Selector thread, for example. The hammer is endearing in the immediate kit but not particularly practical unless you are checking one's reflexes with a rap to the knee!

Here is a closer view of the saw which I think, due to its aggressive double tooth bite, many will like its aggressive style:

That SAK could be used as a spike strip by the LEOs! :)

Here is that style of can opener/cap lifter shown, this time, on a Geo Schrade WWII Girl Scout multitool (notice the folding fork and no knife). That twin duty opener is old skool so the patent is off and anyone can use it I believe.

The Buck Multi-tool Kit could fit into a pocket. It could carry two handles (for knife and fork or hammer and tongs to be used one in each hand simultaneously) and a half dozen of your favorite tools (knife, saw, file, opener, and put your favorites here). Say you finally get up off your butt for a change and leave your secure environment just insert the kit into a pocket and hit the road/trail/woods/picnic/party/collector anniversary meet. I like it.
