Hey guys,

Got a question. A buddy I work with is a nife knut too although only has one Buck:confused:( but it is a sweet Buckmaster though:thumbup:) Nice Randalls. Anyway, we were talking Nighthawks this morning and then he asked about a Buck Tritan(he wasnt sure of the name). He says its a fixed blade Rescue knife with a tanto blade. Told him I dont know but I'm sure if it does exist, I know some guys who'll have the skinny and pics. So how bout it, anyone know of this knife and have pics?

Maybe a 185 Tibron

Only 18? I have...I was a kayaker, now am floater...well really, if I get out of boat I am more of a sinker....300

Perhaps it was one of the Intrepid models, 187 or 189.

I'll bet you and Jeff are right-I found some pics-I'll show him tomorrow

Thanks to all for the info-Good pic as always 300-havent seen one of those either-I'm pretty sure he wouldnt have been that interested in a skeleton. He hasnt shown alot in past at least. Seems to like the fighters.

FYI, the Itrepids were never stamped with a model number which may make them hard to locate on any of the popular auction sites on the web. They are all stamped BUCK, U.S.A.

I think that is the 895 Buck/Simonich Raven Legacy or similar collaboration. Preston

I'm afraid its not the 895-it has different handles and isnt a tanto, also has the simonich/buck knives stamp. Looks like the 187 is the chisel point so i'm guessing its the 189 by process of elimination.
