  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Buck - update your website, please!!!

Actually, I was lucky...after waiting 10 minutes for an "associate" to come all the way down to Sporting Goods, and then waiting another 5 minutes for her to go back to the lounge and get the keys (Duh! What did she think I wanted her for??? I could reach everything but the knives!!! :grumpy: ), I tried to explain "tang stamps" to her...It was easier to show her...Fortunately (how many blank looks can I stand per day???), the first Buck 110 I looked at had the "chicken track" on it...

And it had the Chinese Cordura sheath, so my apologies to that member whom I doubted... :o

(So...Chinese plastic is cheaper than Mexican leather...whoda thunk???)

I have the cordura sheath on the 110 I bought a couple years ago. I wasnt to thrilled with the fact that it wasn't leather but because the knife had partial serrations I bought it. It actually has been a decent sheath. Now I bought my brother one of those 110 Annivesary knives from Wal-mart and the cordura sheath in it was very cheaply made.
