Buck vantage force pro washers?

what kind of washers are on a Buck vantage force pro.

I've seen them with brass but mines got plastic is this right?

Yep, when I got mine some time back, it was way off center. Took it apart to tweak it and found the plastic washers. Put in a drawer and has been there every since. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I also have a Paradigm Pro that I'm real happy with.

Just took mine apart and replace the plastic washers with brass it's a lot smoother.
I don't know why they used plastic on some and brass on others.

Teflon washers do not need any lube, they are smooth by themselves. The knife will catch up dirt an lint much harder than bronze washers. These teflon washers are fine and will hold.
