Buck Vantage Pro Rattling

Hey everyone. I noticed that whenever my buck vantage pro was half open (as in not fully closed and not fully opened) there was a strangle metallic rattling sound when I shook it. It sounds like maybe there's something in the pivot that's not where it's supposed to be. It's been like this ever since I received it. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm too chicken to take it apart before I know exactly what the problem is (last time I took apart a knife...well, things got ugly), so I'm hoping maybe someone else knows what's going on here. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
 
The stop pin in the blade will shift from side to side sometimes and rattle when shaken. Nothing wrong inside, just a tolerance stack up occurance between parts.

I bought a real beater 110 for the express purpose of taking it apart but now that I look at it, I dont see how i'll be able to do it without breaking everything. Maybe Youtube has something but if not- wth one more 110 (2 dot) to the collection. I must have 30-40 now
 
I have a Vantage Select (345) that rattles when opened.
Kind of like it that way, gives the knife character.

I just bought another vantage pro. this one does not have this rattling problem. hmm. interesting.
