I am really looking at one of these for myself in the S30V for the price I think that is can not be beat unless you look at the Wal Mart Native but those are gone. I have heard of the blades being off center when they come to you and some have fixed that and some have not been able to work out the off center blade so that is the only problem that I have heard with the blade but at the price you get it for I think that I would be able to look past that if the one I get does have that problem. So tell me how you guys like yours and if you have come across that problem.

I have one and really like it. EDC it most of the time I'm in street clothes. Blade is off center but doesn't bother me. Great value for the cash!

buddy has one, and it had a blade that was a little "off center"...he dealt with it BY JUST USING IT.

I recently got one, but I don't remember if it was off center when I got it or not. The first thing I did was take it apart to clean and lube the pivot (there's quit a few screws holding it all together). When I put it back together the blade was off center and the lockup was out of wack. I took it apart and fixed it by putting it together with the blade locked upon. Now it locks up tight and closed really close to center. It maybe off a millimeter. Anyway it's a good knife for the price. I just wished it opened a little smoother, but that should come with time.

My lockup was never tight a piece of tape and a little of hammering and its better.

I have one and I think it's one of the best value out there. Mine was one of the very first ones and yes it is off center when closed. The Mayo hole is not the best for opening but who cares as the flipper is great. Slick knife!!

Mine is a bit off center which can be corrected by adjusting the pivot screw but when it is centered it is then just a bit too loose for me. So I live with it off center.

There is absolutely no blade play in any direction and of all the knives that I have ever purchased this is the best bang for the buck.

It may just be a coincidence , and if you are unaware, Nutnfancy just did a youtube review on the Buck Vantage series. All of the ones that he had were off center when closed and rubbed against the liner.

There are lots of great reviews here on BF, but it is nice to see a knife in video format sometimes.
