Buck Warranty Dept Email?

Hey guys, does Buck have an email for their warranty dept (or anyone from that dept on this site)? I only found a phone number, but my only phone is a cell phone and if I can avoid using minutes I would like to.

I'm wondering because I want to send a knife in for replacement parts and I don't want to just send it in without telling them.

Thanks in advance.

Mr. Houser was very helpful, thank you guys.

I actually need parts completely replaced because I bought a disassembled, abused, orphan of a Buck/Strider 881. I would post pictures, but it's a mess and probably not too interesting (except seeing the internals I guess). It's in pieces, missing some screws, the pivot, washers and the blade is beaten and chipped in many places.

It was cheap and I plan on making a project out of the knife, probably have it reprofiled completely by a custom maker if the thumbstuds can be removed and put back, and then possibly handrub the blade to a high polish if I'm feeling up to it (I already bought some sandpaper).

that sounds like quite the project. i for one would love to see pictures of the project as it progresses!
