BUCK warranty dep't

I just wanted to make a quick post about the Buck warranty folks. Couldn't be happier. I sent a Buck Vantage Pro in for a scale coming loose. Abuse on my part actually but I like the knife and requested they fix it and tell me how much I owed them. They repaired, sharpened, cleaned and shipped it back to me at no cost other than my shipping to them. I was floored to be honest. Companies don't stand by their products like this anymore. Very good on them and they now have a customer for life. Thanks Buck!
 
good to hear and glad they did ya right and the extras.

I havent ever had to use it yet.....but your story sounds like many others. top quality and care at Buck.
 
I sent in a beat to crap 2 dot 110 that had been used as a hammer and needed a new blade. It arrived at Buck on April 13th and it was shipped back today the 29th and should here by Friday the 1st. Can't wait, will post some pics. Not a bad turn around!

Here's what I got back today, a 2 dot frame and a 2019 blade almost like new!
 
I hope I never have to use the warranty department! But if I do I'm expecting good things. :)
