I'd like to thank Joe Houser and all the folks at Buck that make the warranty a real thing.

I sent a 112 to Joe that had seen better days, as it had sentimental value I was hoping they would be able to help me out.

Needless to say the results are outstanding..

Joe, many thanks to you and the folks at the factory.. Great job and a GREAT company to do business with..

I like hearing things like this about a company I'm doing business with.
I sent in my 889 this week and I have read nothing but great things about their customer service. I'll post an update in a new thread once it comes back.

I should have taken some of the "before" so ya could see the great job that Joe and the people at the factory did..

Hard to beat their act..
 
I Think I Speek For Most People On This Forum. It's Just One Of The Reasons We Love Buck Kvives. There Are Many Othe Others!

Great to hear!

That's why I spend my money with certain companies these days. Plus, I love the made in America deal with most of their stuff.

I have the 112 Founders Edition... lovely stout little knife.. still in its tin - not used :)
 
Boy, they made that knife look new. Glad to see that they took care of you.:thumbup: My very first Buck knife is the exact same model. I received it for Christmas back around '77. It has been my regular hunting knife ever since. It's still in great shape but not as shiny as your's.

I wish I had taken some "before" pics.. It had been used hard..

Buck being the company they are and Joe Houser the man he is, I have to say I was not surprised at the results.Very pleased tho..

They're the best !!

It's a real pleasure to do business with a company that remembers the customer.. Nowadays so many don't.
