Guys, and Gals,
Was just looking at the "ebay" threads here, and got to wondering and sure enough...
There is a yahoo group called Buck Knife Collectors. One of you may even own it?
I just joined it and will start watching it. It may be a great resource for us to deal with each other in swaping and selling our Buck knives. Yeah, you might have to get a Yahoo account to look/join, but it is all free.
I for one don't particularly like listing things here in the exchange for lack of specific brand groups. Just too hard for me to follow all the listings. And I won't cough the bucks to be able to Sell outright, here in the exchange. Might if I had the high dollar stuff.
As an example, I have a handfull of 300 series that I really don't collect. Just acquired them in lot buys over time. So, I will be looking at putting them up in that yahoo group. (I know, a cheap plug). But just trying to maybe generate an idea of how we can use this among us.
I see also that the yahoo group is basicaly un-moderated. I will volunteer to assist in moderating it to delete any spammers.
Whew,,,I think I babble, so will shut up and see what yall think... And I hope this isn't out of line for this forum.... I will edit it all away if it is.
