Since Zippo has owned Case knives since 1993, you may not find many with Buck logos.

There is at least one, since Case/Zippo hasn't done one,I made it myself. 
An extra Buck Centennial Pin, a plain steel Zippo and a little JB Weld.....
Totally freaked out a Case/Zippo dealer at a gun show with it!

Whilst Zippo is still a Case domain; I don't think that should get in the way of creating a new product range for the Buck Collectors Club does it? What about a series of etched Buck Icons on steel Zippo cases without the lighter feature but a handy flint striker just because Buck collectors are really a much tougher bunch of outdoorsmen.
