Have a discount coupon good only at Buck website which is burning a hole in my pocket; while I have a number of Buck knives; of course 110, Special, Alphas, etc.; I really haven't kept up with their offerings. I am interested in everyday or hunting/outdoor; not into "tactical"; looking to spend under 100 dollars and would prefer US made; any suggestions?

I wonder if they have any Kalinga's left - it's a real nice knife that's being discontinued.

Check out the S30V model.

Buck Vantage Pro - G10 handles S30V steel.

Good strong all around knife under $100.

hunting knives made in the USA: That fits a LOT of Buck knives.

For just shy of $100 on their web site, under Hunting Knives, look at the Alpha Dorado with 154CM blade and Rosewood scales. Rides in a sheath.

Kalinga Pro S30V would be my vote. Holds an edge really well, nice blade design. Always on my belt when hunting.

I'm pretty sure all the S30V Kalinga Pro folders are gone from the website. Definetely a knife to have in the collection however.

The new Paradigm Pro is my next folder. I have it in the Avid version (Sandvik 13C26) but I love Bos S30V so a Pro is in my future...they are just really hard to find right now.

If you got to spend now Vantage Pro.

Gen-5™ Skinner, Part#0005GYS-B, MSRP$94

This is a great hunting knife in 420HC. I have the upgraded model in CPM 154 that I highly recommend, but it is about your price point (MSRP $150).

You have to try a Vantage Pro. I'm so blown away they can make and sale this high quality piece at the going retail price they are at!....
