Congratulations on passing your JS performance test, Ben! Now, let's figure this attachment deal out and let's see some knives. :)

Thanks Chris, I know I'm somewhat of a technological knuckle-dragger but whatever...now for the specs and intro. I'm a second year apprentice, took the introduction to bladesmithing class at Old Washington under JR Cook and Mike Williams; I've been inspired and helped a lot by Lin Rhea and Kyle Royer...hope this knife isn't too insulting to them.I'm planning on testing for JS this coming June. 'Nuff said about me... the knife is 1075 clay hardened blade, the hamon doesn't show well in this pic...I'm working on that, I'll try toget one up that shows it. The handle is a mortised frame of stabilised California buckeye burl and African blackwood.

Sorry about my bad photography but this shows the hamon. I'm still learning to pull the hamons out...hopefully the next one will show better in the pro pic.
