I wanted something lighter than even the Paperstone Ranger for summertime carry, and happened upon a 422 that needed some TLC so here is my results...
feedback good, or bad appreciated...

Buck clip, drop point blade, tip up carry position, buck knife: check x 4 = hitting all bases as the ball leaves the park and the crowd goes wild! Well done. Bravo.

I like it! I guess I've settled on the Bucklite as my favorite, since it was my first real knife that I bought after high school and I carried it for about 17 years. Not that it is necessarily better than the other Buck models, but it's just what I have gotten used to. Lost that one and carried others until about this March when I found one similiar at a flea market, ( a 1988 422 /blade has been reprofiled and sharpened down quite a bit ) so I just sent it in to Buck last week for a reblade, since it was a little on the nubby side.
A Bucklite with a pocket clip just makes it a pretty handy edc.
