Hello everyone,
I just ordered two of the Bucklite Max Fixed Blade Knives and did a little research before hand and I was very impressed with them being full tang. They seem to be very good inexpensive knives.

anyone tried them out or actually have one please feel free to post pics or your general thoughts on them.
Thanks in advance.

I ordered the orange large blade and the new muddy water camo small.

I think they are great looking knives and a great value.

If Buck were to produce them in either full flat grind or better, in a sabre grind (like they used to make a long time ago), I would buy them by the bushel. Would be an excellent camp knife.

They are a great knife... My crappy picture doesn't do the knife a lot of justice :D For me they are just about the perfect size, and it is very comfortable in hand.
The sheath is decent. It's nylon but it has a plastic insert to keep from cutting through. The only problem is, the fit is very loose, and it rattles in the sheath.
I'm sure I could fix it, but I just carry it in my pack when hunting, so it isn't really an issue...

Makael, is that a rehandle of the Bucklite?

It was bought at the Buck factory. 25 bucks. Haven't seen one before.

Makael, That's a very fine Knife and Sheath! Thanks for posting that. The handles look like a Rosewood maybe?

I thought the scout sheath is overkill but hilarious at the same time. I'll post pics when it's done. Yes rosewood like their cutlery knives. Here is the cutlery knives I bought.

Those are very nice Cutlery Knives. I have a Case Ridgeback Hunter in Rosewood. With all of these fancy handles now days its refreshing to see the wood handles. Nice knives Makael. And on your sheath, overkill to some maybe but I like it!

My Wife and I have both the black and orange. They were such a good value it was hard to pass up. The sheath rattle can be stopped easily by putting the knife between the nylon sheath and inner plastic sheath. Slow and careful is the way to insert it in this mode. I've been lucky and haven't cut through a sheath, yet.
