I am thinking about getting it. Does anyone have one and would you reccommed it? I would like to know prs and cons

Bucklites are excellent bang for the Buck (sorry). They're lightweight, the thermoplastic handle is extremely tough and resistant to just about everything and 420HC is a fine cutlery steel, easy to sharpen and takes a very fine edge. My granddaughter took a liking to my Bucklite medium and now carries it. Smart girl.

My wife likes hers, and shows it off. (purple deer skull camo) It is a great light duty knife.

Mine loosened up a lot in less than a year. Discussions with Buck say it's just a matter of the soft plastic, which is softer than what they used on the older Bucklites.

It's a shame because I really liked the handle shape and the blade shape.

I would think the Vantage would be a better knife to put up against the Rat 2.
