Bucklite Max question

I'm looking into getting an orange Bucklite Max for a gift. Is the orange the same on the regular Bucklite Max's and the Boone and Crockett version? It seems the former is simply referred to as 'orange nylon', whereas the latter is 'safety orange'. I thought I read somewhere that the regular ones were more of a salmon color, or perhaps they both are, if they are both the same. Thanks.

The Bucklite Max 486 is a favorite clipit (pocket carry) with the pointy clip point blade that dazzles my eyes with its details.

Ok, I love the BL Max. The handle is perfect, polymer and all. :D Bob Dozier would approve. I wish the Orange was Orange but hey.
What is the name of this handle shape? Thick in the middle, thinner at the sides.
