Bucklite stamped 112 ] ?

Has anyone seen this before? I have a BUCKLITE, OD green handle, with the blade stamped 112 ].

I haven´t but it doesn´t seem strange to me, as far as I know the old Bucklites (422) used the exact same blade as the 112, so an interchange, accidental or not, may not be too unusual, the "]" indicates a blade made in 2000.

It is my understanding that Buck ran across a supply of Bucklite handles and went ahead and put 112 blades in them to enable them to sell the excess Bucklite inventory. They did likewise with some hunter orange 424 Bucklite handles, placing 501 blades in them at about that same time.

I have a bunch of "422" Orange handle Bucklites with blades stamped 112, so this was something they did a lot. makes it kind of confusing for the collector, though. Do you count it as a 422 or a 112?
