Buckmaster 184 - Real or Fake?

Just wondering if this is real or fake? It doesn’t have the “pat pend” stamp like I’ve seen on others, but my knowledge of this blade and it’s various incarnations is limited...

It's real. Just one of the early variations.

It's variation 1 with 1 real pouch and 1 aftermarket...Did you look for the sharpening stone on the back? It's under the webbing, plus under the aftermarket pouch, it should say Buck take a pic of that and post it...Unscrew the pommel and look and see if there is a compass under it...Also, need a pic of the left side of the tang.
